Utah football: Beadles invited to Shrine Game

Utah offensive tackle Zane Beadles received an invitation to play in the East-West Shrine Game, the longest-running college all-star football game. Beadles, also a finalist for the Wuerffel Trophy, is a two-time all-Mountain West Conference selection.

The Wuerffel Trophy honors college football players who combine on-field excellence with community service and academic achievement. Beadles, a four-year starter, has a 3.535 grade-point average as a mechanical engineering major.
