Posted: 11:30 AM- A Taylorsville man died in a rollover crash late Saturday near the town of Jerome, Idaho.

Salvador Camarillo, 29, was westbound near 381 Bob Barton Road about 11:55 p.m. when his vehicle went through water on the roadway and hit a patch of ice, Idaho State Police said.

Camarillo overcorrected the vehicle as it went off the right side of the road. The vehicle crossed the south side of the roadway before hitting a power pole and coming to rest on its side, police said.

Camarillo was not wearing a seat belt and was pronounced dead at the scene. His wife, Maria Orozco, and three children were also in the vehicle. The children were uninjured, but Orozco was transported with unknown injuries to St. Benedict's Family Medical Center in Jerome, about 23 miles north of Twin Falls, Idaho.

Camarillo was the only person not wearing a seat belt, police said.
