Posted: 8:07 AM- The Utah State Legislature will hold a public meeting on tax issues to hear from Utah residents about recent property tax issues.

The meeting, on Wednesday, Sept. 19 at 3:30 p.m., will specifically address the increase in property values and corresponding taxes.

Members of the Revenue and Taxation Interim Committee will take comments, and expand the meeting beyond its one-hour allotted time if needed.

The meeting will take place in the Room W135 of House Building, north of the state Capitol.

Committee members also will accept email questions, comments and recommendations sent to taxcomment@utah.gov" Target="_BLANK">taxcomment@utah.gov.
