There's such a barrage of reality shows swallowing up our television time, it's hard to keep track of who's schmoozing whom and who's been doing the backstabbing. Here's the cooler talk about last week's episodes of some of your favorite reality fare, written by The Salt Lake Tribune's resident unscripted-TV buffs. (Warning: Spoilers ahead. Wednesdays, 8 p.m., Bravo

The Lowdown

The eight remaining chefs restarted their "restaurant wars" from the week before by revamping their interior design and classing up their menus. It worked for most, with Sara M. winning the week's challenge for running a crisp kitchen, and Tre, right, getting the boot after leading his team, along with Brian, Casey and CJ, into a dicey salmon first course.

Best Whine and Cheese Moment

When the celebrity judges tasted Tre's salmon with macadamia nut pesto and grapefruit, the commentary was priceless. "That's the worst dish I've had in probably a long, long time," said Ted Allen. Geoffrey Zakarian topped it: "I think that's a car wreck in Times Square."
