Posted: 4:52 PM- The debate between conservative talk-show firebrand Sean Hannity and liberal Salt Lake City Mayor Rocky Anderson will take place at the University of Utah's Kingsbury Hall on May 4.

While the U.'s commencement is earlier that day, an evening showdown between the two won't conflict with graduation events, said Brian Burton, programming adviser for the Associated Students of the University of Utah, which is hosting the event.

Burton hopes to start selling tickets - $5 for the first 900 students and $20 for the general public - sometime next week. Kingsbury's capacity is 1,900.

But before tickets go on sale - with proceeds going to charity - some details need finalizing, including who will moderate and how long the moderator and the audience will get to question Anderson and Hannity.

Patrick Thronson, Anderson's spokesman, said pollster Dan Jones will pick the moderator and he could pick himself.
