MILWAUKEE - After Ben Gordon scored a career-high 48 points Sunday, he was being compared to some pretty impressive company in the Chicago Bulls' locker room.

''If he was 6-[foot]-6, 6-7, man, he would be like Michael Jordan. He's that scary,'' Bulls guard Adrian Griffin said of the 6-3 Gordon. ''He never ceases to impress me. If you look at a guy his size, to do the things he does, it's quite incredible.''

Gordon was incredible Sunday in leading the Bulls to a 126-121 come-from-behind overtime win over the Milwaukee Bucks. He made 18 of 32 shots, including six three-pointers. He took over the game in the second quarter with 15 points to keep the Bulls close and then added 20 points in the fourth quarter, mostly on outside shots.

The Bulls needed every one of his points as they had to overcome 52 points from Michael Redd and an 18-point fourth-quarter deficit.

Gordon, whose previous high was 41 points on Jan. 2 against Phoenix, said he was in a zone Sunday. His points total was the highest he scored in a game at any level.

''I don't hear anything,'' Gordon said. ''I just block everything out. I don't get tired. I feel like I can run for days. It's a good feeling. It motivates me, makes me want to work harder.''

Redd said he was impressed with Gordon, who's averaging 21.1 points a game as a starter.

''He is a big-time player and we just couldn't stop him,'' Redd said. ''He did what great players can do and that is take over a game.''

It was the second time Redd scored 50 points in a losing effort this season. He scored a franchise-record 57 points Nov. 10 against Utah. His 52 points were the fourth-highest in Bucks' history.

''I don't think it is good for me to score 50 points anymore because we haven't won since I have done that,'' he said.

DOUBLE OVERTIME

BOSTON - Delonte West scored all 31 of his points after halftime, Paul Pierce added 27 points and Boston beat Minnesota for its fourth straight win.

Al Jefferson had 20 points and 14 rebounds, and reserve Ryan Gomes added 21 points and 17 boards for the Celtics, who won their second overtime game in two days. Boston beat New Jersey 96-88 in overtime Saturday.

Kevin Garnett led Minnesota with 33 points, 13 rebounds and 10 assists. It was his third triple-double of the season and 19th of his career.

Ricky Davis scored 35 and Troy Hudson added 26 for the Timberwolves, who have lost six of seven.

Sixers 99, Nets 86

PHILADELPHIA - Andre Iguodala scored 21 points as Philadelphia extended its winning streak to four games.

Willie Green and Kyle Korver each scored 20 points for the Sixers, who rallied from a 17-point deficit in the first quarter for their biggest comeback victory of the season.

The Sixers have gone a respectable 11-8 since Jan. 21, when they were 19 games under .500.

New Jersey's Jason Kidd posted his 85th career triple-double with 11 points, 14 assists and 14 rebounds. The 10 triple-doubles this year are the most for Kidd in any season. Bostjan Nachbar scored 21 points for the Nets, who blew this one a day after an overtime loss to Boston.

Suns 99, Lakers 94

PHOENIX - Steve Nash scored 18 of his 23 points in the second half - including two free throws with 5.4 seconds to play, and Phoenix held on to beat shorthanded Los Angeles.

Leandro Barbosa added 20 points and Amare Stoudemire 17 points and 11 rebounds, but the Suns barely held off a Lakers team without Lamar Odom, out indefinitely after tearing his left labrum Friday.

Shawn Marion, who had missed the two previous games with a bruised right hand, had 13 points and 12 rebounds. Raja Bell scored 14, including two that put Phoenix ahead 97-92 with 18.1 seconds to go.

Kobe Bryant scored 18 of his 30 points in the second half in the first meeting of the teams since the season opener. The Lakers won that one in Los Angeles without Bryant, and they made it tough on Phoenix this time, too.

Sonics 96, Bobcats 89

SEATTLE - Ray Allen's spinning three-point play with 1:25 left capped a 34-point game, and the Seattle SuperSonics pulled away late.

Allen, playing with bone spurs in his left ankle that caused him to miss Thursday's game, scored 21 in the first half 10 points in the final seven minutes.

With Seattle leading 93-89 and less than two minutes remaining, Raymond Felton missed inside on a tough drive for Charlotte. In transition, Allen drove, spun under the basket on rookie Adam Morrison and twirled up a left-handed layup while being fouled to put Seattle up 96-89 with 1:25 left.

Rashard Lewis carried the scoring in the second half for Seattle with 20 of his 28 points.
