As a reader, I would like to express my thanks to The Salt Lake Tribune for publishing different points of view on controversial issues like the anti-war protests (Tribune, Aug. 27). This allows the reader to judge both views and reach his or her own conclusions.
Although Rocky Anderson made his views known by quoting Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt, Dwight D. Eisenhower and the American Legion leadership, Paul T. Mero was able to quote, well, Paul T. Mero.
