Gov. Jon Huntsman Jr. today announced that lawmakers will return to Capitol Hill April 20 for a special session of the Legislature to deal with state efforts to get more flexibility under the the federal No Child Left Behind Act.

The special session was scheduled to delay action on a bill challenging mandates of the law and accommodate ongoing discussions

with U.S. Department of Education officials.
