fast food » It's hard to not order pressure-cooked chicken at Chick-fil-A. But the chain now is offering parfaits : vanilla yogurt with slices of strawberries and topped with granola or cookie crumbs. Without toppings, the parfait is a satisfying 180-calorie snack, while the granola adds 60 calories and the cookie crumbs add 40. It's only five grams of fat, compared to the chicken burrito's 20. Best of all, unlike McDonald's parfait, the yogurt package has a wide top, so you won't lose any toppings while sprinkling them on.
