DVD » Film buffs who loved David Zucker movies such as "Airplane!" and "The Naked Gun" will be sorely disappointed by "An American Carol," which does a terrible job spoofing left-wing causes, in general, and director Michael Moore, specifically.
Satire can often be funny and Moore is certainly an excellent target, but Zucker wastes talented actors such as Kelsey Grammer, Leslie Nielsen, Dennis Hopper, James Woods and Jon Voight in a film guaranteed to bore even the most ardent Bill O'Reilly fan. Don't waste your money.
