Andrei Kirilenko is expected to return for Friday night's game against Toronto at EnergySolutions Arena after sitting out two games with an irritated right ankle.

"It feels pretty good," Kirilenko said. "Yesterday, I've been shooting, running a little bit. Today in the shootaround it feels pretty good, so I'm going to play."

Kirilenko received a cortisone shot, which helped ease the irritation in his ankle. "I hope we're going to get back everybody as soon as possible and we start playing as a full roster," Kirilenko said.

The Jazz have lost three of their last five home games, including Wednesday to Miami. Toronto, meanwhile, will play its first game after firing head coach Sam Mitchell on Wednesday.

Jay Triano, an assistant on Vincent's staff and former Canadian national team coach, will make his debut as interim coach. Triano went to training camp with the Jazz in 1984 but was released after John Stockton signed his rookie contract.
