Einstein Bros. Bagels is adding bagel burgers, wraps and chicken quesadillas to its menu. The items will be sold at all 18 Utah locations for $3.99, including a drink.
Pentalon Construction, a Salt Lake City-based multifamily and commercial general contractor, has been awarded a contract to build the Ogden Auto Plaza for the Auto Plaza Group. The $2.8 million project consists of a 13,800-square-foot building on an 183,000-square-foot site designed by SL&A Architects. Construction is expected to be completed in October.
