Paradigm Medical Industries Inc., a Utah provider of glaucoma diagnostic and management devices, said it has completed a $1 million round of funding through a group of institutional investors.
A major portion of the proceeds will be used to fund the introduction, marketing and distribution of new ophthalmic instruments and systems this year, the company said.
Raymond Cannefax, Paradigm Medical's chief executive officer, said the funding will allow the company to not only introduce new diagnostic products, but have a trained sales force to market and distribute them.
