* Cypress Sharpridge Investments Inc. - New York, 18 million shares, priced $7 to $8, managed by Bear Stearns, Friedman Billings Ramsey, and UBS Investment Bank. Proposed NYSE symbol CYS. Business: REIT that primarily invests in agency residential mortgage-backed securities.

* FGX International Holdings - British Virgin Islands, 8.3 million shares, priced $14 to $16, managed by William Blair and Suntrust Robinson. Proposed Nasdaq symbol FGXI. Business: Sells nonprescription reading glasses and sunglasses under the FosterGrant and Magnivision brands.
