Posted: 9:07 AM- LINDON - Utah's DirectPointe today announced the acquisition of Hawthorne, Calif.'s System Technology Inc.
DirectPointe says that adding the award-winning provider of managed print services complements its own managed desktop, server and networking services.
Terms of the deal weren't released.
"Printing is one of the most fundamental IT needs of a business, yet it is often problematic and expensive," said DirectPointe CEO Michael Proper. "Now we can offer customers a comprehensive managed printing solution that streamlines all of their printing needs and costs."
