Salt Lake City furniture store CG Sparks has doubled its space from 8,000 square feet to 16,000 square feet. The expansion includes 60 percent more showroom space and more room for warehousing and shipping. Murray-based Hamlet Homes has announced it won the Best of State medal for residential construction at the Utah 2006 Best of State Awards Gala Saturday. The Timeless Glass Slipper by Zair & Ashlie, an online business based in Tooele, has opened. Salt Lake City-based 4Life Research has announced that it will sponsor the 2006 Nokia Champions Challenge's Million Dollar Hole in One. The celebrity golf tournament, which benefits Children's Miracle Network, will be held Aug. 28-29 at Thanksgiving Point in Lehi.
