The following products and vehicles were recalled by the Consumer Product Safety Commission and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Product: Amazing Baby's Look and Play!, Touch and Play! and Rattle, Rattle! books, made by Advantage Publishers Group of San Diego and sold at book chains, discount department stores, wholesalers, distributors and warehouse clubs from May 2003 through November 2005 for approximately $6 to $16.

Problem: If the plastic container is removed from the back cover or breaks, the beads may be accessed by young children, posing a choking hazard. Consumers should take the books away from children and call Advantage Publishers Group at 866-748-3731 for a replacement.

Vehicle: 2003-06 Chevrolet Express and GMC Savana

Problem: The front and rear seat-belt buckles may not latch or unlatch, increasing the risk of injury in a crash. Dealers will inspect the buckles and, if necessary, replace the assembly. Owners should call Chevrolet at 800-630-2438 or GMC at 866-996-9463.
