BOUNTIFUL RESIDENT KARI SMITH lies back on Wednesday as she has a tattoo permanently applied to her forehead at ASI Tattoo parlor in Salt Lake City, by master tattoo artist Don Brouse. Smith auctioned off advertising space on her forehead on eBay last week. She accepted $10,000 to sport a permanent tattoo on her forehead for online gaming company Goldenpalace.com. Smith said she will use the money to enroll her 11-year-old son, Brady, left, in private school. Jeremy Williams, Smith's boyfriend, said Smith thought about getting the tattoo for almost a month before deciding to auction her head as advertising space. Jon Wolf, a spokesman for Goldenpalace.com, claims Smith is the first female to permanently tattoo the name of a business on her forehead for advertising purposes. At right, Smith shows off the finished tattoo.
