The law firm of Parr Waddoups Brown Gee & Loveless has hired three new associates. Barton Gertsch, a member of the firm's business transactions group, will serve clients in the aircraft and real estate industries. Royce Covington, a member of the litigation group, received his law degree from the University of Oregon. Jenifer Tomchak, a member of the commercial litigation group, will focus on employment and labor matters.
Derek Williams has returned to the law firm of Snow, Christensen & Martineau from a one-year clerkship with Judge Pamela T. Greenwood of the Utah Court of Appeals. His practice focuses on civil litigation, including product liability, insurance law and domestic relations.
Edwards & Daniels Architects has named Holli Adams and Evan Cindrich as senior associates and Holly Feinsilber as director of marketing. Adams is a project architect with the firm's recreation group, and Cindrich is an interior designer with the firm's architectural interiors group. Feinsilber has 14 years of marketing experience.
Deryl Davis has joined Utah Industrial Depot, an industrial business park in Tooele, as marketing manager. Previously, Davis was a sales and leasing agent with Colliers Commerce CRG in Salt Lake City.

Todd Adamson has been named executive vice president of Cyprus Federal Credit Union. Adamson has served as vice president of information systems for the past seven years at the credit union.
Gina Crezee, Utah Power's regional community manager, has been elected president of the board of directors for Salt Lake Neighborhood Housing Services. New board members are Tom DeVroom, Alama Uluave, Angie Vorher, LeeAnn Linderman and Todd Plumley.
Arkona, a South Jordan company that supplies management-system technology to automotive dealers, has added Paul Henriod, president of eReinsure, and Kent A. Misener, treasurer and chief information officer of Deseret Mutual Benefit Administrators, to its board.
Joe Hardee, Carmen Larrea and Cristie Tate, engineers with URS Corp., have received the Engineering Challenge Award from the Utah Department of Transportation. The award recognized their structural design work on the Wanship Bridge Rehabilitation Project in Summit County.
