Richter7, a Salt Lake City advertising and online marketing agency, has hired Frank Imler as interactive production artist. Imler comes to Richter7 with three years of experience in Web design, advertising and branding projects. The company has also named Tal Harry a partner.

Larry J. Lew , community banking president for Wells Fargo, has been promoted to regional president for the bank's Salt Lake/Northern Utah/Park City/Uintah Basin area.

Christopher Wight and Ryan Marshall , attorneys in the Salt Lake City firm Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione, have been named to the 2010 Utah Legal Elite in the practice of intellectual property by Utah Business magazine.

Brad Allred , vice president of feed and nutrition services for the Intermountain Farmers Association, has retired after 30 years with the company. Layne Anderson , vice president of agriculture operations, will assume his responsibilities.

ContentWatch, a Salt Lake City-based provider of parental-control solutions and Internet filtering, has added Greg Butterfield and Glen Mella to its board. Butterfield is managing partner of mentor capital firm, SageCreek Partners, and Mella is president and chief operating officer of Control4, a leader in IP-based home and hospitality control systems.

The law firm of Snow, Christensen & Martineau has elected P. Matthew Cox and Derek J. Williams as shareholders of the Salt Lake City office. Cox has focused on lawsuit and dispute resolution, and Williams on civil litigation.
