Dole Food Co. Inc .» Westlake Village, Calif., 35.7 million shares, priced $13 to $15, managed by Goldman Sachs, BofA Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank. Proposed NYSE symbol DOLE. Business: Leading global branded fruit and vegetable company.

ZST Digital Networks Inc. » Zhengzhou, China, 3.1 million shares, priced $7.50 to $8.50, managed by Rodman & Renshaw LLC, and WestPark Capital. The deal was originally scheduled for the week of Oct. 12. Proposed Nasdaq symbol ZSTN. Business: Provider of digital and optical network equipment to cable system operators in the Henan Province of China.
