The following products and vehicles were recalled by the Consumer Product Safety Commission and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Unless otherwise indicated, discontinue use of the products immediately and return them to the store where purchased for a refund. For more information about the products, call the manufacturer or CPSC's toll-free hot line, 800-638-2772. Only some cars or trucks recalled are affected. Contact a dealer for your model to see if it is included in the recall. The dealer will tell you what to do.

Product: IRIS and ALVINE Roman Blinds, sold at IKEA stores from July 2005 through June 2008 for $7 to $30.

Problem: If a child places his or her neck in an exposed inner cord, strangulation may result. Consumers should stop using the blinds and return them to any IKEA store for a refund. Call IKEA at 888-966-4532 or visit ikea-usa.com

Vehicle: 2003-'05 Land Rover Range Rover

Problem: Splines could shear, increasing the risk of a crash. Dealers will install a revised design of the propeller shaft, flange kit and heat shield kit. Call Land Rover at 313-594-7688.
