One Utah State women's basketball player was suspended a game for her role in a fight during the Aggies' game at UNLV on Saturday, the Mountain West Conference announced Tuesday.
Antoina Robinson will serve her suspension during Wednesday's home game vs. Wyoming. She took exception to UNLV's Katie Powell throwing her shoulder into the Aggies senior. Robinson pushed Powell, which set off the fracas. Powell also was suspended a game.
A third player, UNLV's Paris Strather, also was suspended a game.
Utah State's Dee Moore, Angelica de Paulo and Shannon Dufficy all were ejected from the game for leaving the bench, but none of them was suspended. All three were issued public reprimands by the MWC.
