San Diego • The Utah State soccer season ended Thursday night, when the Aggies suffered a 2-1 loss to UNLV in the semifinals of the Mountain West Conference tournament.

Utah State, the No. 4 seed, finished with a record of 12-9. The top-seeded Rebels improved to 16-3-2. UNLV built a 2-0 lead before Aggie senior midfielder Lauren Harmon scored off a corner kick by senior forward Jessica Brooksby in the 64th minute. For Brooksby, it was the 18th assist of career; she is Utah State's all-time leader.
