Logan • Utah State fans can get a sneak peek at the 2016-17 men's and women's basketball teams Friday night, when the Aggies conduct their Primetime Madness free event at the Spectrum.

Both teams will be introduced to the crowd, scrimmage and hold skill competitions, starting at 7 p.m. The event will conclude with an autograph session.

The Utah State women finished 14-17 overall last season, including 8-10 in the Mountain West Conference. Two starters — sophomore guards Rachel Brewster and Katie Toole — top a group of six returning letterwinners.

The Aggie men finished 16-15 last season. They were 7-11 in conference play. Three starters return, led by preseason all-Mountain West forward Jalen Moore.

Fans who attend Primetime Madness will receive a promotional offer for a special ticket price for Utah State's football game against Fresno State on Oct. 22. In addition, fans can enter to win a pair of men's basketball season tickets and two women's all-sport passes.
