Wrapping up how Utah's players on active NFL rosters performed in Week Three.

Minnesota running back MATT ASIATA • Asiata received 14 snaps in the Vikings' 31-14 win over the Chargers, rushing twice for 10 yards and catching two passes for six more — including a first down after third-and-3 that led to an Adrian Peterson score. The Minneapolis Star Tribune's Mark Craig also gave Asiata an "extra point" for picking up the blitz and allowing Teddy Bridgewater to hit Mike Wallace for another first down.

Jacksonville guard ZANE BEADLES • With his former offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels on the opposite sideline, Beadles watched the Patriots steamroll the Jaguar defense in a 51-17 loss. The Jaguars conceded just two sacks, but they only managed 57 yards on 20 attempts. "I've been a part of games like that before, but they never get easier," he told The Boston Globe. At least Beadles was one of many Utes who seemed to appreciate the alma mater's performance Saturday.

Oakland guard TONY BERGSTROM • Bergstrom was made active for the third straight week after not playing for two seasons, as the Raiders beat the Browns — including brother-in-law Paul Kruger — 27-20.

Miami guard SAM BRENNER • Up, down, and then up again, the Dolphins re-signed Brenner off the practice squad, and he relieved center Mike Pouncey late in a 41-14 loss to the Bills.

Tampa Bay wide receiver KAELIN CLAY • Shortly after he was released by Tampa Bay, Clay signed with Detroit, which showed an especially keen interest in his services before the draft. That put him in close proximity to the hated rival he never got to know during his one year at the U.

Wide receiver REGGIE DUNN • Dunn was signed by the CFL's Ottawa Redblacks on Monday.

Cleveland outside linebacker PAUL KRUGER • Kruger finished with just two tackles in the Browns' loss and has just eight with 0.5 sacks through three games after leading the team with 11 sacks last season. Coach Mike Pettine told media that Kruger "has yet to find his groove rushing the passer."

Carolina defensive tackle STAR LOTULELEI • Lotulelei made his return from a foot injury, recording two tackles and a pass deflection in the Panthers' 27-22 victory against the Saints.

Miami cornerback BRICE MCCAIN • McCain was "picked on" for a second consecutive week, with the Palm Beach Post's Hal Habib writing, "He couldn't be a bigger target if instead of No. 24 he had a giant bull's-eye across his chest." Ouch. But at least he made five tackles, and at least he had his Utes.

Oakland cornerback KEITH MCGILL • McGill appeared but didn't record any stats in the Raiders' win.

Miami linebacker KOA MISI • Misi had six stops in the Dolphins' loss. As his grandmother battles breast cancer, he hopes to raise money to care and advocate for breast cancer patients at a local clinic, the Sun Sentinel reports.

Cleveland outside linebacker NATE ORCHARD • Orchard made his first career tackle in the Browns' loss.

Tennessee right tackle JEREMIAH POUTASI • Starting at right tackle as a rookie, Poutasi has taken his lumps this year, and Sunday that included a holding penalty that negated a 13-yard touchdown from Antonio Andrews.

New York Jets outside linebacker TREVOR REILLY • Reilly was inactive for the Jets' loss to the Eagles due to a "finger infection."

Philadelphia cornerback ERIC ROWE • Rowe snatched his first career interception in the Eagles' win, blanketing Devin Smith on a fade route and grabbing Ryan Fitzpatrick's pass. Rowe also finished with the first two tackles of his career and another pass deflection. The Philadelphia Daily News wrote about how Rowe acquitted himself well after some preseason struggles from the second-rounder.

Miami defensive end DERRICK SHELBY • Shelby had two tackles in the Dolphins loss and was whistled for an illegal hands to the face penalty — a cruel irony given the damage done to his eye earlier this year by an unseen offender.

New England defensive tackle SEALVER SILIGA • Siliga totaled three tackles in the Pats' blowout.

Kansas City quarterback ALEX SMITH • Smith finished with 290 yards, one touchdown and one interception in the Chiefs' loss to the Packers, completing 60 percent of his passes and rushing six times for 33 yards. His touchdown pass to Jeremy Maclin was the first to a Kansas City wideout since December 2013. But a second straight tough week, combined with losing to fellow 2005 draftee Aaron Rodgers in that manner, did not inspire confidence from the Chiefs faithful or from former kicker Lawrence Tynes.

Kansas City cornerback SEAN SMITH • Smith missed his final game in a three-week suspension for an offseason DUI.

Baltimore wideout STEVE SMITH SR. • Smith had a second consecutive huge week in a losing effort. After catching 10 passes for 150 yards against the Raiders in Week Two, he snagged 13 for 186 and two touchdowns — including a fourth-down, tackle-breaking, 50-yard sideline dash — against Cincinnati. Sports Illustrated's Robert Klemko wrote about Smith's efforts to turn things around for the Ravens.

Atlanta defensive tackle PAUL SOLIAI • Soliai had one tackle in the Falcons' 39-28 win over the host Cowboys. The Dallas Morning News' Bob Sturm notes that Soliai's instant pressure helped force an interception from Brandon Weeden.

San Diego safety ERIC WEDDLE • Weddle recorded eight tackles in the Chargers' loss. Weddle and former Utah quarterback and Chargers head coach Mike McCoy told ESPN that they need to step up the effort and not get accustomed to losing after two straight defeats.
