There are 82 interior linemen better than Utah's interior linemen, according to the Outland Trophy watch list revealed Friday.

Thirteen hail from the Pac-12, but there's no Isaac Asiata. Twenty-five are defensive tackles, but there's no Lowell Lotulelei.

All you can do is write your congressman.

We're kidding. Don't do that. The sole purpose of these sprawling lists, we think, is to give sports information crews some tidbits to fill out player bios.

Utah may have been "snubbed" by the Outland, but it's actually fared pretty well overall, with senior linebacker Jared Norris named as one of 82 to track for the Bronco Nagurski Trophy on Monday. Utes are on the summer rosters for six of eight awards announced thus far.

Like the Bednarik Award, for which Norris is also watch-listed, the Nagurski Trophy honors the nation's best defensive player. Norris led the team last year with 116 tackles while playing through multiple injuries.

Arizona's Scooby Wright III will defend his ownership of both trophies.

Here's the full watch list rollout schedule:

July 10 • Bronco Nagurski Trophy and Outland Trophy

July 13 • Jim Thorpe Award

July 14 • Butkus Award and Rotary Lombardi Award

July 15 • Biletnikoff Award and Wuerffel Trophy

July 16 • Davey O'Brien Award and Doak Walker Award

July 17 • Walter Camp Award
