If you're sick and tired of the scandal-ridden Trump administration, lose yourself in the utterly crazy Underwood adminstration — which returns today as Season 5 of "House of Cards" starts streaming on Netflix.

It isn't easy to compete for fiction to compete with real life, but "House of Cards" does. This is great fun. Great stuff.

• Tonight marks the end of Fox's ill-fated attempt to revive "Prison Break" (8 p.m., Ch. 13) — which required bringing back characters from the dead and a wide variety of utterly ridiculous plot gyrations.

The ratings have not been good, and there are no plans for any additional seasons. Fox execs didn't rule it out complete — never say never — but don't hold your breath.

In tonight's finale, Michael and Lincoln fight to protect Sara and Mike; Michael and the rest of the gang face Poseidon in the ultimate showdown.
