"Gotham" (7 p.m., Fox/Ch. 13) returns tonight after a three-month hiatus (really!), and Ed Nygma starts introducing himself as The Riddler.

Also, Bullock and Lucius Fox get caught up in Nygma's mind games, while Gordon learns troubling news about his father's death. Meanwhile, the Court of the Owls reveals its next move.

Also tonight, Norman comes home in the series final of "Bates Motel" (11 p.m., A&E).

And, officially, it's the season finale of "APB" (8 p.m., Fox/Ch. 13) — Gideon is blamed for recent terrorist attacks — but, given the ratings, it's almost certainly the series finale, too.
