Tuesday on TV: FX’s ‘The Americans’ is a great show, and a new season starts tonight

In the Season 5 premiere of "The Americans" (11 p.m., FX) — one of TV's best dramas, Philip and Elizabeth struggle to contain the risks from Paige's growing relationship with Matthew Beeman. And the Centre sends Philip and Elizabeth on an operation that strains their family and marriage to the limits.
