Donald Trump delivers a rant … er, uh, speech to a joint session of Congress (7 p.m., CBS/Ch. 2; ABC/Ch. 4; NBC/Ch. 5; PBS/Ch. 7; Fox/Ch. 13; CNBC; CNN; C-SPAN; FNC; MSNBC).

That, of course, pre-empts or changes most of tonight's broadcast schedule.

The bonus is that Stephen Colbert is doing a live version of "The Late Late Show" (10:35 p.m., CBS/Ch. 2). OK, it won't be live in this time zone, but it's being taped after Trump delivers his speech.

And, given that Colbert has been absolutely hilarious skewering Trump, it ought to be fun.
