For the second season in a row, Kevin Smith ("Clerks," "Mallrats") directs an episode of "The Flash" (7 p.m., CW/Ch. 30).

In this week's installment, Caitlin's inner Killer Frost is unleashed after she uses her powers to save Barry.

Smith is also slated to direct an episode of "Supergirl," which will air in 2017.
