"The Voice" (7 p.m., NBC/Ch. 5) reaches the "live playoffs" tonight, and Utahn Belle Jewel is among the 20 contestants hoping to get enough votes from viewers to make it to the Top 12.

Of course, this won't be "live" in this time zone; it's on a one-hour tape-delay. But you'll be able to vote for Jewel … or for any of the other contestants, for that matter.

• Also tonight, "The Odd Couple" (8:30 p.m., CBS/Ch. 2) pays tribute to the late Garry Marshall, who produced the original sitcom, consulted on the current show and played Oscar's (Matthew Perry) father.

Guests include a number of stars from Marshall's hit sitcomes, including Ron Howard, Marion Ross, Anson Williams and Don Most ("Happy Days"); Penny Marshall and Cindy Williams ("Laverne & Shirley"); and Pam Dawber ("Mork & Mindy").
