There are three local college football games and a local pro soccer game on TV this weekend — and all four are big to their teams' fans.

On the gridiron, Utah hosts Southern California on Friday (7 p.m., Fox Sports 1) in a Pac-12 matchup. And on Saturday, BYU travels to the East Coast for a "neutral site" matchup with West Virginia at FedExField in Maryland. (1:30 p.m., ESPN2).

(According to Mapquest, it's 215 miles from WVU to the stadium; it's 2,108 miles from the BYU campus.)

And on Saturday night, Utah State hosts Air Force (8:15 p.m., ESPNU) in a Mountain West matchup.

Also on Saturday night, Real Salt Lake hopes to do better against the MLS Western Conference's first place team, Dallas (7:30 p.m., KMYU), than it did last week against the Western Conference's last-place team. (RSL lost 1-0 to Houston. Ugh.)
