College football's opening weekend continues with a whole lot of games … and most of them are not particularly interesting.

The BYU-at-Arizona game (Saturday, 8:30 p.m., Fox Sports 1) is better than most. And certainly of interest to local fans — both those who root for and those who root against the Cougars.

There are a couple of games potentially worth watching on Friday — Colorado vs. Colorado State (6 p.m., ESPN) and Kansas State at Stanford (7 p.m., FS1).

And there are several on Saturday — Boston College vs. Georgia Tech in Ireland (7:30 a.m., ESPN2); Oklahoma vs. Houston (10 a.m., ABC/Ch. 4); Missouri at West Virginia (10 a.m., FS1); UCLA at Texas A&M (1:30 p.m., CBS/Ch. 2); LSU vs. Wisconsin (1:30 p.m., ABC/Ch. 4); Georgia vs. North Carolina (1:30 p.m., ESPN); Southern California at Alabama (6 p.m., ABC/Ch 4); Clemson at Auburn (7 p.m., ESPN);
