I don't set out to write mean things about TLC. But the cable channel has so much reprehensible programming, it's tough not to notice.

Including TLC's revival of "Toddlers & Tiaras" (9 p.m.), which — to the great relief of many (including me) — disappeared back in 2013. Now it's back.

It's a horrific glorification of people who put their very young daughters in beauty shows, sexualizing toddlers. It's a world where one of the trainers says, "You have to have a good body, even when you're 5 year's old."

It's the worst kind of TV child exploitation.

And now it's back.

The folks at TLC must be so proud of themselves.
