Five local college teams are playing in the postseason this weekend — and four of them will be on TV:

• In the first round of the NCAA men's tournament, Weber State faces Xavier (Friday, 7:20 p.m., TNT)

If Weber State can pull off the upset, the Wildcats will face the winner of Friday's Wisconsin-Pitt game on Sunday (time and channel TBA).

• In the second round of the men's NIT, BYU hosts Virginia Tech (Friday, 7:30 p.m., ESPNU.

If the Cougars beat the Hokies, their next game will be against the Creighton-Wagner winner — site, date and time TBA.

• In the first round of the NCAA women's tournament, BYU faces Missouri (4:30 p.m. Saturday, ESPN2).

If the Cougars win, they'll face the winner of the Texas-Alabama game on Monday — time and channel TBA

• In the second round of the NCAA men's tournament, it's Utah vs. Gonzaga (Saturday, 6:40 pm., TNT).

If the Utes win, their next game will be Friday, March 25, against Dayton, Syracuse, Michigan State or Middle Tennessee State — time and channel TBA.

• By the way, Utah is hosting a first-round game against Montana State in the Women's NIT (Friday, 7 p.m.), but it will not be televised.

If the Utes win, they'll play at Gonzaga on Monday at 7 p.m.
