If you're looking for something a little bit different tonight on TV, look no further than • "Dolly Parton's Coat of Many Colors" (8 p.m., NBC/Ch. 5).

This TV movie portrays a true incident from Parton's childhood, which inspired one of her hit songs. It's about family and faith — it's sort of funny and completely unafraid to promote religion, but without beating you over the head with it.
