The premiere of "Supergirl" (7:30 p.m., CBS/Ch. 2) is must-see TV. It's a great hour that introduces us to a series that shows great promise.

"Cursed: The Bell Witch" (11 p.m., A&E): This is sort of a reality show, but it's about something supernatural. So … is it real? In the premiere, John Ceallach and Chad Higginbotham begin their investigation of the Bell Witch Curse, which supposedly has affected Ceallach's family for generations.

"Follow the Rules" (11:30 p.m., MTV): It's the premiere of another fake "reality" show about celebrities — this one featuring three generation of the Ja Rule clan.
