It's possible that the matchup for this year's World Series could be set this afternoon and evening.

It's Game 5 of the American League Championship series (2 p.m., FS1), and the Kansas City Royals lead their best-of-seven series with the Toronto Blue Jays 3-1.

And it's Game 4 of the National League Championship series (6 p.m., TBS), with the New York Mets leading 3-0.

If the Blue Jays pull off a win, the ALCS resumes on Friday; if the Cubs can finally get a win, the NLCS resumes on Thursday.
