In a Gold Cup soccer match that's utterly meaningless to one of the teams, it's USA vs. Panama (7:30 p.m., FS1).

The Americans have already clinched first place in their group and a spot in the quarterfinals of this tournament. A loss won't change that.

Panama can clinch second place and move on with a win. If it's a tie or if the U.S. wins, then the results of the Honduras-Haiti match (5 p.m., FS1) and, possibly, a bunch of tie-breakers will come into play.

At any rate, the Team USA can't lose even if they lose.
