The National Geographic Channel turns the history of another decade into pop culture in the shallow, highly entertaining and addictive "The 2000s: A New Reality" (7 and 9 p.m. Sunday, NGC).

It's a reminder for those of us old enough to remember everything from the 9/11 attack on the World Trade Center to the Elian Gonzales case to the debut of "Survivor" — it's an eye-opener for those of you who aren't.

The two-part, four-hour program concludes on Monday.
