To say that the Scott brothers are the most popular people on HGTV would be an understatement.

Twin brothers Drew and Jonathan are the stars/hosts of both "Property Brothers" and "Buying and Selling." They recently starred in a third series, "Property Brothers at Home," in which they renovated their own home in Las Vegas.

And tonight, they open Season 3 of "Brother vs. Brother" (9 p.m., HGTV), their renovation competition show.

There have been some major changes from the first two seasons. Jonathan and Drew no longer have teams working with them and competing to win the contest. It really is brother vs. brother as they try to outdo each other, once again in Las Vegas.

Each of them uses $300,000 of their own money to buy and renovate a home. The one who makes the biggest profit wins.

Along the way, the compete to outdo each other in renovating and designing different rooms in their homes, beginning with the living room. And the weekly winner is judged by other HGTV personalities.

It's kind of childish, but then so are the Scott brothers when it comes to their rivalry. But it's their schtick, and it works really well.
