If one hour of "Shark Tank" is good, two hours must be better, right?

Well, one hour of "Shark Tank" (8 p.m. Friday, ABC/Ch. 4) and a follow-up hour of "Beyond the Tank" (9 p.m., ABC/Ch. 4).

The first hour features, among other things, singer Pat Boone appears to help pitch an eco-friendly car that runs on compressed air. The new show follows the progress of entrepreneurs from previous episodes.

It will certainly be of interest to "Shark Tank" fans.

And Provo-based Mission Belt Co. — which was on "Shark Tank" two years ago — will be on an upcoming episode of "Beyond the Tank."

Also this weekend, there's horse racing (2 p.m., NBC/Ch. 5) — the Kentucky Derby.

It's billed as the most exciting two minutes in horse racing, which may well be. But NBC spends hours and hours on those two minutes — more overkill than the Super Bowl. Post time is 4:24 p.m. MDT, and in addition to the 3½ hours of coverage on NBC, the NBC Sports Network will be on the air from Churchill Downs from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. MDT.
