In an episode reminiscent of the 1950 movie "D.O.A.," "NCIS: New Orleans" (8 p.m., CBS/Ch. 2) is about a Navy lieutenant commander (BD Wong) who turns to the NCIS team to solve his imminent murder after discovering he has been poisoned with a lethal dose of radiation.
