Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade (9 a.m., CBS/Ch. 2 and NBC/Ch. 5): Tape-delayed from New York. (NBC/Ch. 5 will repeat the parade at 2 p.m.

NFL: Chicago Bears at Detroit Lions (10:30 a.m., CBS/Ch. 2); Philadelphia Eagles at Dallas Cowboys (2:30 p.m. Fox/Ch. 13); Seattle Seahawks at San Francisco 49ers (6:30 p.m., NBC/Ch. 5)

National Dog Show (noon, NBC/Ch. 5): John O'Hurley hosts the 13th annual event.

College football: LSU at Texas A&M (5:30 p.m., ESPN); TCU at Texas (5:30 p.m., FS1)

"The Big Bang Theory" (7 p.m., CBS/Ch. 2): Howard and Bernadette host Thanksgiving for the gang.

"Fox's Cause for Paws: An All-Star Dog Spectacular" (7 p.m., Fox/Ch. 13): A tribute to man's best friend and a plea for adoptions.

"Handel's Messiah" (7 p.m., BYUtv): New documentary about George Frideric Handel's life leading up to the 1742 debut of his "Messiah."

"Mom" (7:30 p.m., CBS/Ch. 2); Christy is ambivalent about her ex-husband's new relationship.

"Two and a Half Men" (8 p.m., CBS/Ch. 2): Walden and Alan become foster parents to a 6-year-old boy.

"The McCarthys" (8:30 p.m., CBS/Ch. 2): The family tries to get Gerard to break up with his obnoxious girlfriend during Thanksgiving dinner.

"Elementary" (9 p.m., CBS/Ch. 2):Gregson's career is placed in jeopardy when he hits a fellow NYPD officer."
