Baseball season ends tonight, and basketball season begins.

It's Game 7 of The World Series (6 p.m., Fox/Ch. 13), and Kansas City hosts San Francisco.

By the way, the home team has won the last nine time there's been a Game 7 in the World Series.

Meanwhile the NBA season gets under way, and right here in Salt Lake City, the Utah Jazz host the Houston Rockets (7 p.m., ROOT).

It's just a guess, but it doesn't appear that either of these teams will be winning a title this season.
