Utah lawmakers want to sue the federal government over public lands and they're willing to spend $14 million to do it.

On Monday at 12:15 p.m., Rep. Keven Stratton, University of Utah law professor John Ruple and Tribune environmental reporter Brian Maffly join Jennifer Napier-Pearce to talk about the legal theories behind transferring public lands to Utah.
