More than 2,600 people sprained an ankle, got lost or otherwise needed help while recreating in National Parks last year .

On Tuesday at 12:15 p.m., National Park Service Utah coordinator Jim Ireland, Brad Petersen of the Utah Office of Outdoor Recreation and Tribune reporter Nate Carlisle join Jennifer Napier-Pearce to talk about search and rescue efforts and a new state program that will help pay for increasingly expensive rescue efforts.
