Last week, Gov. Gary Herbert said he's changed his mind on medical marijuana, saying he's open to the idea if science shows it's an effective treatment and if the state tightly regulates its distribution.

On Tuesday at 12:15 p.m., Utah Medical Association president-elect William Hamilton and Turner Bitton of the Drug Policy Project of Utah join Jennifer Napier-Pearce to talk about the pros and cons of legalizing medical marijuana in Utah.
